After gathering evidence for over a year and seeking advice from legal counsel, a formal written complaint was filed on December 8th, 2025, against CYFA (Cherokee Youth Football Association) with the following governmental entities:
The Georgia Secretary of State (SOS) - Charities Division Office - submitted via GA SOS website
The Internal Revenue Service - Exempt Organizations Division - submitted via email to IRS
The Cherokee County Board of Commissioners - submitted via email
Cherokee Recreation and Parks Association (CRPA) - submitted via email
Cherokee County School District (CCSD) - submitted via email
